History

We were formed to cater to a niche and growing market of providing tech support for mobile applications. Developers did a great job at commercializing their applications on mobile platforms specially iPhone.

However they struggled to provide technical support for the hundreds and sometimes thousands of users who would write to them – mostly for technical support, but also for product improvement ideas, new markets to explore and partnership offers.

A year later, this has resulted in a Help Me offering technical support for products in small increments – even as little as half a person per shift. The business is evolving around the fast growing web application & mobile application. These are the areas where founders & engineers do a great job in the initial months after launch, but then as users grow into thousands, there is need for dedicated support.
