Working with small to medium companies, our business model has fine tuned to cater to the niche needs of small guys.
We offer following options for engagement
Per Seat Basis
In this case, we provide 1 or more resources for a full 8 hour shift. Multiple options are available – 24 hours x 7 days, 8 hours x 5 days, etc.
You can ever hire a resource for as little as 50 percent utilization – this means, the resource will provide support for your product for an 8 hour shift, but spend about 50% time on your product.
This works very well for companies who must provide 8/16/24 hour support, but unable to utilize 100% of the resource they’ve trained. The option to pay and use only 50% resource is extremely cost efficient and yet keeps the customer satisfaction high due to instant support.
Per Ticket Basis
If you are not ready to hire a dedicated resource even at 50%, the next option is to pay on a per ticket basis. This option is again provided to assist companies which receive too few tickets to have a resource dedicated to their product.
